John Childers, Principal

John’s areas of focus are strategic clarity, leadership and organizational change. His diverse background includes four years with Hildebrandt International (consulting group at Thomson Reuters), seven years building a premier California legal consulting firm, and three years practicing law at a national firm. John’s left-brain oriented degree (Juris Doctor) and his right-brain oriented degree (Masters in Organizational Behavior) provide unique balance and flexibility to his consulting expertise in complex and often highly charged environments. John has also taught leadership and organizational behavior at George Washington University and Cal State Fullerton.
