Nina Kemppel, Principal

Nina works with organizations to develop strategies that are aligned with their overarching business goals and organizational structures. The main areas of Nina's focus are strategic clarity, business planning, business design, organizational change, sustainability driven business practices and customer / employee driven insights. Nina combines her experience in strategic development with a deep analytical approach to help clients develop comprehensive business strategies. Nina has worked across a broad range of industries including a diverse set of clients in Fortune 100 companies. She joins us as a former strategy consultant at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman) in Boston. Before shifting her focus to consulting, Nina was a professional cross-country ski racer and is a four-time Olympian.

Nina has a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College, an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business and is a board member of the U.S. Olympic Committee.
